Sanctity of Human Life Week

Every January, Abortion Alternatives & Crisis Pregnancy Center celebrates this week - in 2009, it is January 18-25. Special activities surround this important week. Please contact us for more information.

Annual Walk-a-thon

Each year during the fall, usually in September or October, Abortion Alternatives & Crisis Pregnancy Center holds a Walk-a-thon to help raise money for the support of its efforts and services throughout the year. This event has become an annual tradition and is enjoyed by many people from our area.

The Walk-a-thon is based from our office and takes place along some of the more lightly travelled residential streets of downtown Bristol. The course is approximately two miles long and takes around one hour to complete.

The morning event begins with registration and light breakfast foods served around 8:30 a.m. with the walk beginning at approximately 9 a.m. Once everyone has finished around 10:30 a.m., the event is closed with a few words from some key individuals involved with AA&CPC.

Those who would like to participate but cannot be present at the official date and time are encouraged to take pledges and complete the walk at a time when their schedule allows.
